Appointment Availability
If there is no availability or you absolutely cannot make the available times work, send me an email at hello@rosemarywhelpdale.ca and I’ll see if I can work something out.
Cancellations
Please do not cancel unless absolutely necessary. If you do need to cancel please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment and you will be reimbursed the appointment fee. Any late cancellations (under 24 hours) will incur the total cost of the appointment.
Payment
Payment is made on your credit card through Stripe when you book your appointment. If you need to pay via Paypal or Etransfer, please let me know and I will help you with that.
No Shows
If you do not show up for your appointment, the whole appointment fee will be kept. If you are late, the appointment will still end at the designated time.
Insurance
Some insurance programs cover homeopathic treatment and if they don’t, most likely you are able to use an HSA if you have one. It is up to you to check the details on your coverage and what forms will be required.

Appointments are booked in Pacific Standard Time/North America. Please know your correct appointment time.
